GameDay Flag Football

Registration is now open for the 2026 Season!

GameDay Flag Football League (GDFFL) started in 2009, and has grown into one of the largest and most competitive leagues in RI. GameDay Flag Football League is a co-ed non-contact 5 v 5 program that accommodates individual player and team entrees.

GDFFL strives to give boys and girls of all abilities an opportunity to develop their fundamental football skills in a positive, inclusive, and safe environment. We place a strong emphasis on healthy competition that encourage our athletes to compete at a high level while maintaining above average sportsmanship. As with our athletes we expect our parents to abide by a high level of personal conduct or they will be asked to leave the facility.

Girls Middle School Division
(6-8th grade)

Get ready for an exciting new addition to the league! Our Girls Flag Football Division is here for middle school girls ready to compete, grow, and have fun in a high-energy team environment! Games take place Sunday mornings at 9:30am at Hope High School, creating the perfect stage for young athletes to build confidence and teamwork. For families with younger players, our younger divisions remain coed, keeping the spirit of inclusion strong across the entire league.

We accept team entries for our Flag Football League and welcome organized teams ready to compete in a positive, high-energy environment. Opening Day: All athletes should arrive 1 hour prior to game time. On this day athletes will find out what team they are on and receive uniforms.

Location: Hope High School; 324 Hope St. Providence, RI

Season Dates: June 21-July 26 Game Day

Games will be played on Sunday morning

Schedule: Athletes will play at the same time each week

Ages 5-6: 9:30am

Middle School Girls Division: : 9:30am

Ages 7-8: 10:15am

Ages 9-10: 11:00am

Ages 11-12: 11:45am

Ages 13-14: 12:30pm

Equipment: Athletes will be provided a full uniform that is theirs to keep
